RETURNS AND REFUND
Welcome to the Returns and Refund Policy of MoldMe Limited (“MoldMe”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
Returns & Refunds Nigeria
We only offer a refund if you have received a defective or incorrect product at our sole discretion. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us within 2 days of receiving the product if your order was delivered to Lagos, and within 5 days of receiving the product if your order was delivered outside Lagos, but within Nigeria. The product needs to be returned with the Return form to the address provided in the package. If the form or address is missing from your package, please download it here if your order was delivered to Lagos, and here if your order was delivered anywhere else in Nigeria. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess its condition before authorizing a refund.
Customers within Lagos must return their order within 2 days of receiving the product. Customers outside Lagos, but within Nigeria must return their order within 5 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in a clean and new condition, with all pricing, packaging and brand labels secure. MoldMe will provide you with the Return details by including a form and address in the package.
Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product. We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. MoldMe will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
If your returned order is accepted, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving the order. Please note that your bank may take longer to process the refund.
We reserve the right to accept or reject a return and refund request at our sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

Return/Refund request is made after 2 days (Lagos), 5 days (Rest of Nigeria) from the date of receiving the product.

Product is used, worn, marked, gives odor or damaged by the Customer.

Incomplete product or partial order.

Products on sale.

Fraudulent Return/Refund request.
